Exhibition The Emperor´s Costumes. Costumes made of silk and other exotic materials, with exuberant patterns and vivid colors, carefully hand-crafted to reproduce the fashions of Imperial China. The dresses that were another character in Bernardo Bertolucci´s The Last Emperor, opened by the RomeFilmFest President Goffredo Bettini and the President of the Biennial of Venice, Davide Croff, at the Auditorium´s Spazio Espositivo 2. The RomeFilmFest Headquarters are placed at Viale de Coubertin, right before the Auditorium´s main entrance. The badges for the all types of accreditations – media, professionals, cultural associations, film houses and film schools, artists, institutions – can be picked up from today, Tuesday 10th. The RomeFilmFest will collaborate with the Film Foundation during the forthcoming years aiming at the restoration of motion pictures which will be subsequently performed at the Festival. The Film Foundation, directed by Martin Scorsese and a prestigious board of filmmakers, such as Woody Allen, Robert Altman, Paul Thomas Anderson, Francis Ford Coppola, Clint Eastwood, Curtis Hanson, Peter Jackson, Ang Lee, George Lucas, Alexander Payne, Sidney Pollack, Robert Redford and Steven Spielberg, is the first nonprofit organization devoted to film preservation in the United States. From October the 13th to the 21st, the special shuttle bus “Linea Cinema” (Cinema Line) will link the main venues of the RomeFilmFest. The line, powered by Atac, starts at the Barberini Square and finishes at the Auditorium, working from 8 am to 2 am. The tickets can be purchased on the bus. The bus stops are: Via Veneto and Piazza Barberini, via Veneto, Porta Pinciana, Villa Borghese (via San Paolo del Brasile, piazzale delle Canestre, viale George Washington), piazzale Flaminio, via Flaminia, piazza della Marina, viale Tiziano, Auditorium.  
Marlon Brando, Marilyn Monroe, Sean Penn: just a few of the actors who have studied in the Actors Studio. The RomeFilmFest, in collaboration with IMAIE (Institute that protects Performing Artist´s rights), will pay a tribute to the school with a retrospective composed of 13 films (from On the Waterfront to Rebel Without a Cause), workshops and meetings with actors and teachers, such as Ellen Burstyn or Martin Landau, who will attend the RomeFilmFest personally.
