The summer programming of Casa del Cinema will begin on Monday June 10th – and continue through September 8th – at the Ettore Scola Outdoor Theatre: every day, starting at 9:30 pm, the large arena immersed in the Park of Villa Borghese will host a screening with free admission.
Two film series are scheduled for this month. We start on Monday June 10th with “Titanus 120”, a cycle of seven masterpieces from the catalogue of Titanus, the glorious film studio that this year, in 2024, celebrates its 120th anniversary. The “Far From Here” series will kick off on Friday June 14th, taking the spectator along a journey through film from France to Kenya and all the way to Hawaii in the company of cult auteurs such as Alexander Payne, Ang Lee, Bernardo Bertolucci, Sydney Pollack and Jim Jarmusch.
