The Foundation Cinema for Rome, on the occasion of the seventeenth edition of the Rome Film Festival (13 – 23 October), pays special attention to the environmental impact in terms of CO2 emissions generated.
Thanks to the technical sponsor AzzeroCO2, the CO2 emissions associated with the Festival, will be offset with a project that develops renewable sources abroad.
Specifically, the CO2 emissions will relate and calculate the energy consumption, paper consumption and transport of the staff and talent who will participate in the event. These emissions will then be offset by the purchase of CO2 credits generated by a project that develops renewable sources in a foreign country, and which will promote the environmental, social and economic sustainability of the place where it is built.
