Virna Lisi Prize for Best Italian Actress

The sixth edition of the Virna Lisi Prize – Best Italian Actress, organized by the Fondazione Virna Lisi will be held on Saturday 6 November at 7.30 pm in the Auditorium Parco della Musica’s Sala Petrassi (Petrassi Hall).

Micaela Ramazzotti will receive this prestigious award, as she can play comic characters and dramatic roles with equal intensity, revealing a wide range of nuances which make her a unique actress on the Italian film scene. 

The sixth edition of the Virna Lisi Prize will be handed out by Pino Strabioli, under the direction of Luigi Parisi and the artistic direction of Davide Minnella. During the event, there will be a performance by Patty Pravo, a tribute to Raffaella Carrà by the Auditorium dance company and a music performance by the young musician Jacopo Mastrangelo.

Among the awards, there will be a Special Lifetime Achievement Award for Direction to Liliana Cavani, presented by Francesco Rutelli, and another one for Movie Production to Federica Lucisano, presented by Salvatore Esposito.
